You may return/exchange merchandise up to 14 days from shipment date. All items must be unused and resell-able. You may receive a refund(**), replacement or online store credit (Gift card). Items purchased from our retail store must be returned to the retail store location.
If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a return postage*. Otherwise all returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via registered parcel post for tracking purposes. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
All returned products must be resellable. Skateboards must be un-skated and resellable. Once a deck and/or wheels have been used they are non-returnable. Same applies to completes that have been put together. Any claim for defective skateboards will be handled on a case by case basis. Remember broken decks and pressure cracks are not defects.
All items must be new, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with all original tags attached. Items with any odor (cologne/perfume, smoke, deoderant, detergent) or any animal or human hair will not be accepted. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. Walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit. If they don't fit, the bottoms won't be dirty and you can send them back. Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in brand new, unworn condition.

**Sorry, but all orders shipped with a free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the shipping charges.
**Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods. The suspected faultly item will need to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment before a refund or replacement can be offered.
**Refunds will be returned to the tender originally used at time of purchase. If original credit card is not available store credit will be issued.

3. Pack the product and include the packing slip or invoice and return form. Write the RA # on the outside of the box. Boxes without an RA # will not be accepted. For your protection use registered mail. Insurance is also available and is relatively inexpensive.
